Family and financial commitments also contribute to that decision. In some areas it takes years of experience to develop key skills which will make one successful, in other areas, one or two key decisions or actions, can make or break one's career.īut general trend is that in mid to late 40s people generally less likely to move away from established career path, if they have achieved that and start something new from scratch.
